Process inspection (extrusion ploy 3layer- 5layer-9layer, printing, lamination, slitting and pouching), Hold material decision taken and maintain N/C report.

Shade card making, arrangement and maintain. 

F.G material Final inspection as per Specification and making COA.

Customer complain attend and prepare complain against CAPA.

Record maintain Instrument list and calibration.

Weight machine, universal testing machine (seal, bond, tensile & elongation), opacity tester, COF, dart impact, rubbnes tester, sealer, bar code scanner, compression tester, bursting tester, moisture meter, hot air oven, inclined impact tester, drop tester, tear resistance tester, micro meter, spectrophotometer etc. 

GSM, thickness, tape test, dyne test, coin test, odor test, tack load test etc.
