Attending Preventive Maintenance & Breakdown Maintenance of Injection  Moulding Machine such as Ferromatic Milacron, Kaptiva  & Akar.

Preventive Maintenance Of Injection Moulds.

Manpower Handling.

Ensure all steps of production runs smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibility of audit

Train,supervise and manage production line workers.

Address emergency call from any department.

Responsible for the  Soft Milling (VSC), Nachi (Spline & Rolling), EFD Induction hardening, Marking, Tempering, OD Turning, Hard milling operation and Quality checking of the finishing product in FIXED OUTER RACE CELL 

Model Change over.

Preparing log sheet, process sheets, check sheets, Kiezen books and various parameters chart Process TAC chart

ATTENDING Preventive Maintenance & Productive Maintenance of Bottie Neck Soft Milling (VSC) & Hard milling Machine and related all machince of the plant.

I operate VMC, CNC , Injection moulding machine.

Maintain process PQC chart and Process Monitoring Sheet.

Inspection of JOB with different type of measuring instrument.

Maintain good quality of job as perfect as need.

Maintenance of Machine myself.

Handle a whole line of production.

Job setting and machine setting and model changeover, 

Maintain safety policy

Always maintain 5S in line.

Better Material handling

Always maintain OEE and PPM good.

Able to give more production with minimum defect with perfect Safety.
