Making quality Control documentation [Process flow diagram (PFD), Process failure mode effect analysis (PFEA), Control plan(CP), Production part approval dimensional result (PPADR), Material test result (MTR), Statistical process control (SPC), Incoming material control plan(IMCP), Supplier corrective action plan (SCAP), Gage capability study (GCS), MSA etc.] 

Supplier Handling & Supplier Audit. 

Maintaining ISO & TS Document. 

Maintaining quality of production. 

Interaction with customers regarding complaints & improvements 

Caring out layout, Product audit & Process Audit for all live part as per plan 

Tracking & improving Cp, Cpk values a handing over it to maintenance 

Customer compliant evaluation & feed back 

TAG Inspection report of components. 

Undertaking calibration & control of measuring instruments 

Rejection analysis on daily, weekly and monthly basis
