Experience of polymer processing (Injection moulding) and mechanical testing of plastics.

Hands on experience in various mechanical tests of polymers as per ASTM and ISO standards.

Experience in handling UTM machine,Thermogravimetric Analyser, FTIR, MFI, Impact tester, HDT machine, Density apparatus as per ASTM standards.

Responsible that quality control activities are carried out as per checklist for laboratory activity.

Execute calibration of instruments and measurement of uncertainty.

Responsible for testing of samples for ILC and PT programme.

Review of test reports as per customer specific requirements and international standards. 

Maintain the laboratory Records such as Observation record, Equipment 

Maintenance Records.
