Job Profile :

Responsible for documenting mold repair and maintenance.

Makes effective technical decisions and communicates them to Engineering, Production, and management to support root cause analysis and implement corrective actions. 

Work with production personnel to ensure molded components meet requirements and make adjustments as needed. 

Providing molds part in a timely manner to ensure molds should ready for production. 

Managing raw mold material to ensure traceability, shelf life, and prevent contamination. 

Generate documentation on mold runs for traceability and reproducible. 

Work with Quality and manufacturing departments to ensure the quality of production and products produced meet company standards. 

Ensure safe working practices are followed. 

Maintain 5 S in shop & ready take new responsibility for new job work for process improvement. 

Work with engineering and manufacturing departments in injection mold design and new product development. 

Interact with the Maintenance and Engineering groups to help troubleshoot injection system, develop preventive maintenance program and develop spare parts identification system

Develop, design and setup injection molding processes , systems, work stations and automation equipment. 

Develop and improve the molding processes to increases yields or reduces costs. 

Constantly maintain safety precautions and procedures and maintain safe and orderly work area.

Support efforts of the company such as continuous improvement teams, training and production floor support. 

Perform capacity analysis and cycle time studies.
