Inspection of parts produced on shop floor, rework area, post molding,printing areas includes visual as well as dimensional inspection as percontrol plant & drawing & check sheet.

Maintaining 5S and KAIZEN implementation

Maintaining ISO documentation related to quality assurance & runningcomponent.

In case of parts received, which are non-conforming to customersspecification, then responsible to communicate back to the vendor/seniors in writing as well as verbal till the issue is resolved and supplies are streamlined.

Online inspection of running component. Plastic material property testing.Testing of plastic material & goodsMELT FLOW INDEX (MFI). SPECIFIC GRAVITY, IMPACT TEST, VIBRATION TEST, DROP TEST, WELD LINE TEST, X-RAY TEST etc.

Responsible for inspection of mechanical properties ofthe producedmaterial by using YL. Engineering Instrument.(Tensile test, stiffness, strain corrosion test )
