Responsible for all type breakdown S(Electrical & hydraulic )of injection molding machine        

(horizontal &vertical)

Preventive  maintenance attempt according to plan (monthly, half yearly & yearly)

Maintain  trouble shooting problems in paint shop & powder coating 

Daily maintain of activities for utility dept. 

Basic breakdown handle of  DG , Air compressor ,Water chiller and cooling tower

 Breakdown attend of pressure die casting machine & shot blasting machine, spm machine 

Trouble shooting of PLC  & servo drive, servo motor and ac drive 

assembly problem attend as a conveyor ,robot and heating system problem are attends of press machine and spot wielding machine
