Training done at PIDILITE INDUSTRIES LTD. in Packaging Development Department under Fevicol, Paint, Construction chemicals & Industrial chemical divisions for a period of five months as a part of curriculum.

Worked on the products like Fevicol, Feviquick, Terminator, Wudfin wood polish, M-Seal, Piditint/Unitint Stainer, Dr. Fixit & Fevicol DDL distemper.  



PROJECTS HANDLED DURING TRAINING AT  PIDILITE INDUSTRIES LTD.

Replacement of existing Silicon-o ring (gasket) by Synthetic rubber for wudfin wood polish 500 ml and 1 lit HDPE bottle.

Gauge reduction of existing Co-ex LDPE/LDPE pouch for Fevicol DDL Binder 125 gm & 250 gm.

Replacement of Tin container by Fluorinated HDPE bottle for Terminator 1 lit.

Improvement in the quality of Induction sealable wads for Fevicol SH plastic container. 

Replacements of Tin container for Foam fix (synthetic rubber adhesive) 1 lit. 

Design and Development of Danglers for Fevicol SH 50 gm.
