To handle man power for maximum production and minimum rejection , per man power output monitoring.

To handle injection molding machine and trouble shooting during molding 

Instrument handling- Vernier, Micrometer etc. 

To lead poke yoke,5S, KAIZEN , 3*3 activity etc. 

Planning for Achieving daily planned target of production

Daily monitoring about rejection ,PPM, Utilization & Productivity

Member of (CFT) Cross Functional Team for Red bin Analysis, Daily rejection analysisand applying the counter measures to the problems by using  Why-Why Analysis, brain storming etc.

Key involvement in TL round, Quality circle and Kaizen activities

Take action against LCR, LNCR etc.

Fill process check sheet ,M/C check sheet , Defect record sheet , material loading check sheet, FST report etc.

Sustain the continuous improvement on P/Q/C/S/D/M.
