Responsible for supervision of inspection activity

Preparing and COA for dispatch

Maintaining FIFO/LIFO during dispatch

Visual Ispection of complete shot and weight monitoring

To provide the training about quality and product sorting person

Testing sample ready for outward testing

Data entry in system

Preparing rejection report and daily QC report

Man power handling 

Magna mike( digital thickness gauge)(PHYSIKS)

Varnier caliper (digital) micrometer

B.s  machine(BOX OBSERVATION)
