Job Profile :- 

Maintaining & following QC procedure laid out in ISO 9001:2015 & FSSC:22000. 

Raw material testing and GRN verification and approval. 

Review NC report register periodically to notice and preform trend analysis. 

Discussing root cause and preventive actions on recurring errors.

Review customer complaints and suggest action plans for complain redressal. 

Ensure adherence to ISO & FSSC standards. 

Examines the moulded products at each production line to verify conformance to specifications.

Maintaining daily documents. i.e. Job cards, Hourly reports, In-Process Inspection reports, Dimension reports etc. 

Preparing weekly and monthly reports.

Gas Chromatography (GC)  For PET 

Ubbelohde Viscometer 

Moisture Analyser 

Wall Thickness Guage 

Colour Matching Cabinet

OTHER TESTING MACHINES 

Weighting scale, wall thickness gauge, height gauge, Go-No go gauge etc.
