Prepare daily production plan and implementation/ execution of routine work shop activities monitoring & solving if any, Prepare WI for Machine and Process.

Prepare Skill Matrix for all employees on daily basis.

Prepare BOM.

Effectively Utilize equipment and material to maximize production.

To maintain updated records of Machine Maintenance and Tool Breakdown Report.

Provide engineering support for production and maintenance activities.

To maintain 5S in the company and to Implementing & maintain JIT System.

Daily Plant Safety Inspection Conducts toolbox talk.

Insures adequate supplies are available to accomplish various jobs.

Monitors jobs to insure quality and compliance with job standards.

Establish safety procedures for employees and promote safe practices at the job plant.

Prepare Department Wise Training Plan for All Employee and to adhere Training Effectiveness Plan.

Experience of handling Operator OJT.

Experience of maintain high level product quality, feedback to operator to eliminate process defect.

Experience of eliminating various production line losses & to improve effective plant Utilizations.

Experience of achieving daily production plan/Efficiency.

Experience of follow up for immediate shortages & if required change in plan. Accordingly to avoid line stoppages.
