Job profile : 

Responsible for Mechanical maintenance of BOPP line 8.4 mtr & 10.4 mtr. 

Responsible for operation and maintenance of 650 TR capacity kirloskar chiller and 300TR York chiller with refrigerant R134a & 350 CFM capacity IR air compressor. 

Handling maintenance activities of KSB centrifugal pump. 

Good knowledge of refrigeration cycle and its components.

Handling 1200 TR capacity induced draft cooling tower. 

Knowledge of vacuum pumps, Roots pumps, rotary vacuum pumps and their service.

Repair and servicing work of diaphragm type and control valve and also solenoid plunger type valve. 

Trouble shooting of hydraulic and pneumatic system and knowledge of its components. 

Do the pipes line modification and installation. 10) To manage and schedule maintenance of water treatment plant. 

Organized daily, weekly, and monthly scheduled maintenance task. 

Basic knowledge of SAP system. 

Basic knowledge of ISO documentation. 

Basic knowledge of 5S activity & TQM.
