Job profile :

Responsible for Incoming Reports & IQC , PQC , OQC Research and development.

Responsible for New material Trial.

Co-ordinate with production Team

Regarding Quality problem & improvement.

Regularly Maintain all documentation like as Batch test report,sample test report, technical data sheet, incoming quality test reports, customer Complaint register,Quality problem countermeasure Report.

Analyze Production line complaint & Rejection and submit corrective & preventive plan and well understand with customer.

Maintain 5s ,kaizen poka yoke ,4M etc.

Responsible for all lab test like as

Tensile Strength Test. ASTM D - 638

Flexural Strength Test. ASTM D - 790

Izod and charpy Impact Test. ASTM D - 256

Melt flow Index Test (MFI ) ASTM D - 1238

Muffle Furnace Test (Filler Content) ASTM D - 5630

Specific Gravity Test. ASTM D - 792

Spectrophotometer TP 800

Injection Moulding and extrusion processing.
