Job Profile : 

P.E.T,P.B.T,PP  base Masterbatch & Compound as per customer requirement for many types of applications like agriculture, automobile, electronics, Packaging Products,house holds ,textiles&fabrics  etc. 

All Masterbatch &  compounding testing by BIS, ASTM-D. 

Melt flow index, CBC test, Moisture content, Filler content, Dispersion test, Ash content test,IV.FPV. etc. 

Analyzing & controlling online Rejection as well as taking Correcting & preventing action.  

Achieve the target of production according to the Production Plan. 

Assisting in process technology transfer from R&D to Production. 

Troubleshootings of process related issues and various production equipments  

On line Quality checking of products. 

Preparing machines, Mixer & other auxiliary equipments for various grades of Masterbatch.  

Initiating Raw material requirements, receiving & handling on the shop floor. 

Setting the the processing parameters as per grades and ensuring optimum use of production time. 

Return and receive material if any changes during trials. 

Preparing finished goods report,  

Housekeeping the Finished products with proper identification. 

Proper utilization of manpower. 

Reducing cost and minimizing Scrap and wastage.  

Consuming Internal rejections as per QC instructions. 

Handling the breakdown and initiating for maintenance. 

Preparing ISO documentations and MIS reports. Daily checklists report. production related documents. 

Coordinating with various inter departmental teams. 

Ensuring Safety of manpower, machines and material. 

Reviewing the operational practices, identifying the areas of obstruction and process changes for qualitative improvement. 

Executing cost saving techniques / measures & modifications to achieve substantial reduction in terms of man days, production cost & energy consumption. 

Conceptualizing need based training programs to enhance the efficiency & productivity.
