Set -up extruders, prepared materials and adjusted dies to ensure standards were met. maintaied safe work ,environment and used propersafety work.

Maintained constant temperature standards for plastic production by monitoring the temperatures of the barrel, the head, die and sometimes the screw and feed speed.

Performed seamless change-over of material without losing standard of production.

Monitored line controls and made adjustments to equipment to obtainspecifications.

Read and applied measuring tools to check the dimensions of product.

Operated profile extrusion equipment.

Completed detailed daily paperwork e.g. temperatures, set-point, pressurereadings, percent of material being used, QC sheet and Daily maintenance sheet.
