Job Profile: 

Monitoring Finished goods inspection, Testing and decision making Dimensional Inspection of products as per approved sampling plan & decision making in line with applicable AQL.

Perform functional testing as per applicable frequency.

Responsible for SOP & PSP preparation.

Responsible for PRE DISPATCH INSPECTION.

Responsible for NC & HOLD materials clearance & data.

Responsible for manpower management in to shift for inspection.

To conduct ON JOB Training to operators.

Reference and LSD sample arrangements.

To make report of Mold trials & New product development.

To attend technical & customer support in customer complaints for inspection.

To ensure for COA arrangements for all location.

Assisting in Customer, ISO & FSSC AUDITS.

Monitoring Incoming inspection documentation.

To identify corrective and preventive actions.

To make inspection report of trial products of customer end samples.

To ensure proper GMP ,5s, Hygiene following that met the recruitment of food safety
