Job Profile : 

Handling and use of different instrument used in an IGI as (Calipers , Height gauge, Micrometer, Shore hardness, Coating Meter, MT, JGR, EXPO Meter) 

Responsible for checking Moulded part, packing material, cables and sheet metal in the IGI and Process.

Preparing FAI, report for new development of part/component.

Making of reports as like: IGI , PDI, FPI and FAI.

Doing Mechanical and Electrical Test as per products requirements.

Basics knowledge of Engineering Drawing.

Responsible for quality and process related issues, packing, finish products.

Spare dimension reports as per engineering drawing.

Maintaining the IGI report and Documentation as per quality plan.

Handling man power.

Future Goals:
