Tape Production Planning.as per order & Quality.

Managing raw material required by monitoring consumption and acting proactively for its procurement

Managing execution of each and every activity related to production and maintenance of the plant

Key role includes Production Planning, preparing daily production report.

Preparing MIS report, for daily Production, Manpower & spare consumption etc

Being proactive for predictive maintenance and coordinating production schedule with maintenance department in order to comply with preventive maintenance schedule of machine.

Preparation of work plan schedule to complete the orders as per data sheet

Co-ordinate with Extrusion division about bobbin for particular orders and also preparing KPI, Action point, MIS, Bar chart such as daily production adherence to schedule, weekly & monthly.

Monitoring the operators and machines on productivity & wastage fabric control. Implementation of new ideas to reduce overall wastage of department

Maintaining the ISO & IMS standard and procedures

Troubleshooting problem without affecting productivity of machine

Developing and executing standard operating procedure for production process.

Monitoring & planning of Preventive maintenance of tape plant & utility
