Quality assurance of incoming and out going product 

Drive suppliers towards self certification by implementing Direct Online (DOL) criteria. 

Support Vendor Development team in parts development & Inspection of parts right from First Part approval to Line Trials at both Tecumseh / Supplier end. 

Carry out the Process Audits at supplier??s end & facilitate the corrective & preventive actions as per the audit findings. 

Driving to Engineers for proper resolution of all supplier quality concerns by monitoring & the corrective & preventive action plans related to them. 

Responsible for Material quality standards for all parts at incoming stage 

Responsible for all wet process of organization 

Responsible for RoHS concerns of organization 

Responsible PAINT SHOP pretreatment process 

Responsible CED paint 

Responsible for Water quality in the plant process and drinking water
