Daily Quality Data Maintain hard and soft.

Line Inspection and collect the defected sample on daily basis and write complete details on defected samples (Batch, Roll No., Supplier, Date) for further traceability

GSM testing.

Laminate Bond Testing Incoming RM testing

Knowledge of Ink, adhesives, Films, resins, solvents, Al foil, Paper, PE film specifications, grades used in flexibles industries.

Calculate the GSM value of laminates as per structure

Good understanding about process defects

Prepare COA in absence of my reporting in- charge

Future Goals: 
Professional knowledge of having 2 years? experience of Coating & Lamination  machine.  (Solvent base) &(Water Base)machine for Quality of product and Health & safety Environment.
