Job Profile : 

Proven record to work as all-rounder in Quality department. (In-process, Packaging line and Final inspection).

Inspection of products against standard specifications, like visual and dimensional measurement tests, and communicating with stake holders (vendor/production team) for the required process adjustments to secure product quality and same to be reported in IQMS.

Responsible for GCC, FBPI, FDI and LDI.

Responsible for disposition and handling of non-confirming and trial products.

Daily plant round  Product verification, Process verification,5S on shop floor etc Keep measuring instruments calibrated as per as per master list of instrument and  equipments. 

Conduct tests applicable at new product development stage like Transportation tests, 10degree , 27 degree test, Warpage analysis, Long run study etc.

Support team in customer complaint handling by investigating retention samples, SFG and FG goods available in stocks.

Responsible for preparation of documents like Work Instruction, Packing procedure, Process Map, FPA, parts dimensions as per Control plan , fitment with co- parts, Process parameter Sheet, Traceability Report ,Rejection Report .

Perform inspections as per Control plans For SFG or FG products, identify quality problems and recommend solutions.

Leading packaging and final inspection team.

Responsible for GMP (Good manufacturing practice) on workplace.

Participate in internal and external audits - product audit, IQA and external audits like ISO 9001:2015 and GO-NOGO for IKEA.

Maintain Hygiene on workplace.

Verify changeover (Line clearance on packaging line) procedure during article change.

Tracking of actions against Customer complaints for their respective Area.

Hold products during inspection when products found Non-Conformance.

Provide on job training to operators and trainee engineers.

INSTRUMENTS AND EQUIPMENT HANDLING:

Sound knowledge of Vernier calliper, Filler Gauge, Height Gauge, Push- Pull Gauge, XRF testing Machine, drop test, Moisture Tester, Impact Test, Bursting strength test Colour matching machine, Fitment checking jig and fixtures.
