Ability to identify and resolve common mold related problems, such as sticking.

Ability to adjust molds to meet production specifications.

Proficiency in cleaning molds thoroughly to remove residue and debris, as well as applying appropriate lubricants to ensure smooth operation.

Knowledge of repairing molds, including trouble shooting mechanical issues.

Understanding of preventive maintenance practices to minimize downtime and extend the life span of molds.

Skill in safely disassembling molds for maintenance or repair purposes and reassembling them correctly to ensure proper functioning.

Ability to inspect molds for wear, damage and other issues.

Understanding the properties and characteristics of different mold materials.

Adherence to safety protocols and procedures to ensure personal safety and prevent accidents while performing maintenance tasks on molds and related equipment?s.

Responsible for planning and conducting internal audits. on matters related to quality system, data collection & record maintain of mold history.

Responsible for timely mould preventive maintenance.

Engineering change notice implementation in mould trial and rectification

Responsible for new mould trial

Responsible for maintaining 5 S at tool room.

Coordinate in mould fitting & assembly, as per drawing
