Job Profile :- 

The major role is to design customised HVAC machines for industrial and commercial

basis. Machines like AHU, FWU, PAC, HRW, and VFU.

Designing entire module using solid works.

Calculate the proportion of coil and filters.

Prepare BOM of the machine.

Coordinate with the vendors for the fabrication process.

During this period, worked on multiple projects and fulfilled the requirements of

customers by coordinating with project engineer.

Projects 

Designed HVAC machines like AHU, CSU, and FWU.

In AHU designed complete machines which involve approximately

500-1000 Sheet metal parts and other components.

Components like Coil, Filter, Dampers, and Fans.

AHU size and capacity varies from 1.5meters to 4 meters in height

And from 10TR to 174TR.

CSU size and capacity varies from 0.5meters to 1meters in height and

From 5TR to 20TR.

FWU sizes from 3meters to 4meters in height



CAD Engineer

Company Profile -  Ampa Orthodontics, got exposure to product design and additive manufacturing process.
