Oil Seal Replacement In Hydraulic Cylinders.

Troubleshooting Issues Related To Clamp, Ejector, Injection, And Mould Height.

Parallelism Alignment Between Fixed And Movable Platens.

Machine Leveling And Calibration Of Various Parameters.

Barrel Nozzle Centering And Resolution Of Issues Like Short Shots, Flash, And Black Spots.

Proficient In Process Parameters Displayed On Hmi.

Conduct Preventive Maintenance On Injection Molding, Extrusion, Blister Packaging, And Automation Machines.

Perform Hydraulic Oil Testing And Oversee New Machine Installations And Reshifting.

Maintain Essential Spare Parts Inventory And Monitor Day/night Shift Breakdowns.

Optimize Spare Parts Consumption And Document Maintenance Activities.

Maintain Preventive Maintenance Documentation And Machinery Lists.

Prepare Daily Breakdown And Machine History Reports.

Compile Cleaning, Lubrication, Inspection, And Tightening (Clit) Documents.
