Job Profile :- 

Operate and manage multiple twin-screw extrudes Mega 58, 50 - Steer Technology; JTE 50; JSW 75+, 65+, 50+) and Tek 40 Full Automatic Machine.

Oversee the feeding systems Bra bender Technology to ensure optimal material flow and quality.

Supervise the production team, providing guidance and ensuring adherence to production schedules.

Maintain comprehensive production data sheets, including breakdown times, material reconciliation, and process parameters.

Calculate production rates and machine efficiency, preparing daily production reports for management review.

Utilise SAP for production entries, raw material issues, returns, and inventory management.

Plan compounding operations according to pending orders and manage manpower effectively.

Achievements:

Improved overall production efficiency by implementing effective machine operation techniques.

Successfully reduced machine downtime through strategic maintenance planning.
