Responsible For The Quality Assurance Of Injection Moulding, Ebm & Isbm Products, Including Dimensional And Visual Inspection.

Provide First Piece Approval And Prepare Online Inspection Reports.

Involved In New Product Development, Including The Preparation Of Dimensional And Functional Test Reports.

Maintain Documentation For Non-conformance Handling And Deviations.

Conduct Basic Statistical Process Control (Spc) And Internal Process Audits.

Assist In Handling Customer Complaints.

Engage In Process Improvement Measures Such As Kaizen, Poka-yoke, 5s, Gdp, And Gmp.

Proficient In Using Measuring Instruments And Testing Equipment Including Mfi, Bursting Strength Tester, Top Load Tester, And Wall Thickness Tester.
