Company Profile :- Master batch & Custom Compound Manufacturing 



Job Profile :- 

Conduct testing on running online samples and blend samples, providing reports to production

Perform color shade checks using a spectro photometer for plastic and polyester master batches

Analyse raw materials including polymers (PET, PBT, PP, LLDPE, GPPS), pigments, solvent dyes, and master batches

Execute tests such as melt flow index, moisture content, chips per gram, and apparent density

Ensure compliance with customer quality requirements and maintain daily quality control reports

Implement ISO 9001 and 5S practices in the workplace
