Presently working with a leading company manufacturing automotive components, press tools, moulds, jigs, fixtures, etc. It manufactures mainly the sheet metal components specially the forming components, drawing components, welding assembly components and plastic components. 

Filtrum deals with the customers like fleetgaurd filters Pvt. Ltd, Hindustan aeronautics ltd. Nasik and Koraput, Tata toyo radiators, Behr India ltd, Hydro line, Faber heat craft etc. 

DOMAIN: Automotive & Aerospace components & Parts of Radiator 

Customer: Tata Toyo Radiator & HAL 



Job Profile:

Drafting Economical layouts of components with help of software like Auto Cad. 

Maintenance of various tools & dies 

Maintenance of various jigs & fixtures 

Inspection of various tools, jigs ,fixtures etc under manufacturing & maintenance 

Manufacturing of press tools & moulds. 

To plan the manufacturing processes. 

To conduct the trials and tool proving. 

To make the necessary modifications in the tools in order to prove the tools. 

To co-ordinate the manufacturing process of tools & moulds with the vendors. 

To manufacture and inspect the tools as per customer requirements. 

To ensure the design drawing of the tools are clear & absolutely no doubts to 

the manufacturer or to the vendors about the drawings
