Job Profile 

Position: Production Shift In-charge (Granulation Department)

Oversee And Execute Operations Of Extrudes, Ensuring Smooth Communication With Operators For Additives Formulation.

Operate And Manage Coperion (Twin Screw Extrude) And Single Screw Extrudes For Compounding Various Materials Such As Rpp, Rhdpe, Rldpe, Rlldpe, Rbopp, And Mlp.

Handle Pa6 Material Compounded With 15% Gf And Ensure Quality Standards Are Met During Production.

Maintain Strict Adherence To Safety And Environmental Health Standards (Ehs) During All Operations.

Supervise Shift Operations, Ensuring Maximum Productivity And Effective Utilization Of Resources.

Manage Production Records, Track Daily Outputs, And Identify Areas For Improvement To Increase Productivity And Reduce Downtime.

Operate Color Sorting Machines To Ensure Consistency In Product Quality.

Collaborate With Cross-functional Teams To Improve Product Quality And Resolve Operational Issues.
