Job Profile :- 

Setup And Operate Various Machines Including Extruder, Thermoforming, Grinding, And Assembly Equipment.

Responsible For Overseeing The Sheet Plastic Line And Cabinet Production For Refrigeration Units.

Monitor Oee (Overall Equipment Efficiency) And Material Consumption For The Extrusion And Thermoforming Lines.

Report Directly To The Production Head Regarding Production Progress And Challenges.

Allocate Tasks And Provide Training To The Production Workforce To Ensure Smooth Operations.

Ensure Quality Control Measures Are Followed During Production.

Implement In-process Controls And Maintain 5s Standards Across The Shop Floor.

Conduct Daily Shop Floor Meetings With The Production Manager And Workers To Resolve Issues And Ensure Workflow Efficiency.

Maintain All Necessary Production And Quality Documentation.

Actively Participate In Continuous Improvement Activities, Including Kaizen And Poka-yoke.
