Job Profile :- 

Oversee and verify all incoming and outgoing material reports on a daily basis.

Conduct daily line patrols and audits at the Injection Molding, PU, and Assembly floors, resolving any quality issues.

Train operators on addressing critical, major, and minor quality issues based on defined quality parameters.

Ensure zero customer complaints by proactively identifying and resolving potential issues.

Analyze root causes of rejections on the production line and implement corrective actions.

Drive continuous improvement in product quality by reducing rejection rates and improving processes.

Maintain 5S activities to ensure workplace safety, discipline, and productivity.

Participate in cost-saving projects and product automation initiatives.

Handle customer complaints, ensuring corrective actions are taken promptly.

Lead supplier audits, resolving issues at the vendor's end to improve product quality.



Incoming inspection & material quality verification

New Product Development (NPD) and CTQ (Critical to Quality) parameter-based reporting

Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Corrective/Preventive Actions (CAPA)

Monthly MIS and Production Data Analysis

ISO documentation, 5S, and Kaizen implementation
