Job Profile :- 

Vendor Management & Purchase Orders: Manage vendor relations, initiate RFQs, create purchase orders, and handle price negotiations with suppliers.

Inventory & Stock Reporting: Coordinate with the plant for daily inventory updates, generate stock reports, and share them with management teams.

Import & RM Data Analysis: Analyze import data using Volza Global Export Import platform and RM (Raw Material) data from ICIS portal, providing regular reports to the purchase manager.

Consumption Data Management: Feed monthly consumption data into the system and share detailed reports with the management team.

KYC & Vendor Registration: Assist in vendor registration and filing KYC forms for new suppliers.

Documentation & Reporting: Maintain organized purchase records and relevant documents; generate reports on import rates and purchases as required.

Import Shipment Handling: Assist with the management of import shipments and related logistics.
