Job Profile :- 

In-Process Inspection:

First and Last Parts Inspection and Approval

Moisturization testing of incoming RM/PM

Packing and Assembly Inspection

Semi-Finished Goods and Finished Goods Inspection

Pre-Dispatch Inspection and COA Report generation

FIFO Inspection

Rejection analysis and corrective action implementation

Product Trial and Inspection

Incoming RM/PM Inspection and Approval

On-job Training for machine operators and online QC inspectors

Responsible for overall Quality Department activities.

Developed and executed incoming quality plans and final inspection protocols.

Managed manpower allocation and work distribution for daily operations.

Calibration of measuring instruments.

Process flow improvements to increase production and reduce waste.

Enhanced inspection activities for incoming and in-process materials.



Lab Testing:

Conducting various product tests such as Drop Test, Jerk Test, Fitment Test, Color Checking, Vacuum Leakage Test, GSM testing, etc.
