JOB PROFILE:

Coordinating with engineering team for design feasibility for tooling. 

Estimation and costing of moulds. 

Getting quotes from vendors and evaluating them. 

Design Review of moulds with tool makers. 

Making design iterations as per tooling feasibility. 

Follow up of moulds and getting the moulds ready as per TACO-IPD standards. 

Attending trials at vendors end. 

Getting First part approval from the customer and implementing new changes if demanded by customer in existing design. 

Mould approval. 

Developing the present and new vendors for tooling. 

Major Projects: 

Developed and commissioning of project like GMT-250, M-200 and SPRINT. 

Attending final mold approval trial at various toolmakers in INDIA as well as at KOREA. 

Other Projects: 

24 moulds for a sports utility vehicle for General motors. 

30 moulds for Tata motors.
