Preparing invoices.

Preparing bank reconciliation statements.

Reconciling debtors and creditors.

Tally data entry for journal, payment, receipt, sales, purchase, and contra entries.

Preparing weekly accounts receivables and accounts payables reports.

Filing and payment of TDS and Profession Tax.

Handling monthly expense payments.

Preparing cash vouchers and managing cash handling.

Collecting Form 16A from customers and issuing Form 16 to employees and Form 16A to suppliers.

Maintaining daily and monthly bank account status records.

Verifying tax proof documents from employees.

Processing reimbursement of employees' expenses.
