Job Responsibilities: 

Component development of inhouse & carry over items for Sprint Load Body (2Door/4Door) project and Cross car beam assembly (DASHBOARD) for Phoenix project, a jeep version of Tata Motors. 

Tryouts & stage wise inspection of press tool sheet metal in-house components. Exposure to sheet metal processes (Blanking/forming/piercing etc.) & preparing control plans of the same. 

Preparing sample inspection reports & PPAP documentation. 

Follow-up with customer for quality issues & its corrective action & prevention,also getting approval & OK certification from the customer on component inspection reports.
