Job Profile :- 

Responsible for shift production planning and management.

Arrange manpower, material, and machinery for production.

Implement 5S and Lean activities in working areas.

Control raw material inventory.

Monitor production quantities on an hourly basis, and communicate any gaps to the production head.

Analyze top defects and ensure they are addressed on the shop floor.

Verify Kanban racks for inventory accuracy.

Ensure OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) is calculated and updated regularly.

Ensure on-time completion of preventive maintenance (PM) for production fixtures.

Report daily shift production reports to the Head of Department (HOD).
