Monitoring & Analysis of in-house rejection for (Moulding, Assembly & Paint shop) by implementing Pareto charts, cause & effect diagram. 

Designed I Charts containing FTT %, PPM, Pareto chart for daily monitoring of project performances. 

Monitoring Cp & Cpk trends of all SC / CC Characteristics to freeze the process 

Designed Standardized inspection sequences for minimizing inspection cycle time 

Timely Updating & maintaining the PPAP documents (All requirements) 

Prepare, review & maintains Quality System documents 

Preparing & updating calibration schedule, calibration of measuring instruments 

Handling & Analysis of the Customer Complaints 

Control plan implementation through various Audit & Inspection activity (Such as -:
