Plan And Control Production Processes To Achieve Daily And Monthly Targets.

Ensure Equipment Functionality Through Routine Check Sheets To Minimize Breakdowns.

Conduct Minor Maintenance Activities To Ensure Smooth Operations.

Perform Online Quality Inspections To Maintain Production Standards.

Implement And Enforce Standard Operating Procedures (Sops) And Work Instructions On The Shop Floor.

Provide Monthly Training To Shop Floor Staff On Safety Protocols, Usage Of Personal Protective Equipment (Ppes), And Routine Operational Tasks.
