Job Profile:

Inspection of all receiving machining, forging, casting, rubbers, plastics components. 

Inspection of all hydraulics, gearbox, differential, steering, front axle, electrical etc. components. Documentation as per ISO norms. 

To do Revalidation of all DOL components as per schedule. 



JOB RESPONSIBILITIES 

Layout inspection. 

Follow-up of countermeasure for quality problem from supplier. 

Supplier visit for quality problem, process audit. 

Revalidation for DOL components 

alysis of supplier rejection, customer complaint due to B.O.P. 

System up gradation of supplier 

Preparation of inspection standards for bought out components. 

Monthly inspection reports control. 

To do revalidation of all DOL components as per schedule 

Improve the existing supplier for quality product and contribute in cost/reduction of parts/products 

Inspect finished products at vendors end as and when required. 

Responsible for quality improvement at vendor?s end by inspecting and modifying the Jigs and Fixtures 

Administer the available resource in incoming \ final goods inspection function effectively.
