Job Profile :- 

Oversee production processes from slitter machines (Acelli, Edelmann) to packaging machines (Acelli, Trascar & Tosa).

Manage PP non woven fabric recycling, converting fabric into PP recycled granules.

Supervise and mentor team members, ensuring training, motivation, and discipline to meet production targets.

Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all production processes.

Maintain safe and efficient work environments at all times.

Collaborate with the team to achieve daily production goals.

Prepare documentation such as SOPs, Work Instructions (WI), Operating Procedures (OPL), and formats for operational efficiency.

Ensure consistent productivity, customer service, cost management, quality, and safety.

Future Goals:
