Responsible for activities like Inventory Control, Materials Accounting and Materials 

Planning with respect to the Production Plans. 

Material scheduling, Procurement and planning of rubber, plastic, casting, forging,  

machining and sintered parts. 

Plan and meet QCD (Quality, Cost & Delivery); ISO/TS16949 targets 

Monthly, weekly & daily material requirement planning, and ensure vendor capacity  

availability, along with Strategic sourcing. 

Stock Accounting, Discrepancy Control, Locations & Optimum Space Utilization. 

Layout Planning, Set up Modern Techniques, Improvement of Productivity. 

Resource Planning w.r.t. production rate for current & new projects. 

Ensuring quality and quantity of supplies delivered to meet stringent standards as set by
