Presently working with a leading company manufacturing automotive parts for two wheelers as an O.E. supplier to HERO HONDA MOTORS LTD, Hero Motors, Majestic Auto Ltd., LML Ltd., Kinetic Motors Ltd. & Yamaha Motors Ltd. The company has its own CAD facilities and software (CIMATRON E-7.02, CATIA V5R16, and UNIGRAPHICS NX-4) to ensure highest quality standards & specifications. 

Modern in-house capability with two machining centers one is Makino S-56 and another is BFW BMV 50 with FANUC control, three CNC EDM one is Makino Edge3 and another is MMT and die spotting machine to develop tool & dies and make equipments of latest standard. 

The company got certification for ISO 9002:1996 in the year 1997, ISO 14001: 1994 in the year 2002, ISO/TS 16949 for Automotive Division in the year 2004. 



Job Responsibilities: 

Handling tool room projects of HERO Groups, LML, KINETIC, Majestic Auto Ltd. 

Modelling & CNC milling-Wirecut Programming.

Designing of Plastic Comp Die for lighting equipments. 

O\P OF C.N.C. MILLING, CNC EDM, DIE SPOTTING 

Engineering QS documentation PFMEA, Process Flow Diagram, Operation Standards and Process Control Standards. 

Key Steering member of QS9000, APQP and FMEA Team. 

Production planning & control, costing

Future Goals:
