Responsibility:

Development of Sub / New Product & improved existing product with reducing cost & wastage.

Support in increasing Overall Equipment Efficiency (OEE) by 10%.

Maintain Full Proof System on all Processing & Testing Stages to bring the customer complaint at Zero Level.

Successfully Operate / manage / set-up in-house Testing and R & D Lab with all testing and analytical equipments.

Designing Product Formulation right from 1st stage of Processing Tape Extrusion to Extrusion Coating, Flexo Printing, Converting, finishing, Packing, and stuffing in Container to perform technically best suitable product at minimum cost. 

Provide Technical support to Canada & China base manufacturing facility.

Successfully maintain calibration of all Process Control & Lab Equipments in order to demonstrate the conformance of equipments.

To formulate and implementing of Technical Specification Sheet, Quality Plan for Testing & Inspection, Test Method, Sample Size & frequency in order to demonstrate the conformance of Product.

Handle Polymer Recipe, Process Parameter, Master Batch/ additives to enhance the technical property and reduce cost.

Resourcefully manage printing Ink Formulation with base ink to finished ink for desire
