Project Description: 

The primary objective of this project is to meet the requirements of Customer, the bend tube cracking in Caliber Choke cable is very rapid & repeated, the various Critical factors that effect the rejections were considered and the data required are stored in a Summary of Records (SOR). SOR is populated on daily, weekly and monthly basis. By using Stastical Process Approach (i.e. Problem Solving Tools) the critical parameters which plays a major role in rejection were analysed and replacing the affected cause with rejection proof parameters, resulting rejections nil. 



Job Responsibilities: 

Designing and Development of Crimping tools with rejection proof parameters. 

Verifying Summary of Records entered by using Stastical Process Control. 

Exception and Rejection Handling. 

Involved in various Unit Testing. 

Involved In the UAT (User Acceptance test) 



Other Projects Carried Out: 

Designing Part drawings for LACONIA Xfmr & submitted to UL. 

Introduced Break cable for PIAGGIO & got appreciation from BAJAJ 

Introduced Gauges & Fixtures (Poka Yoke) at all Die-Casting Stages. 

Introduced Gauges & Fixtures (Poka Yoke) at all Free length Cutting Stages. 

Elimination of Aluminium Cap-Lock assembly with Plastic Cap-Lock assembly.
