Presently working with a digital & optical storage media manufacturing unit. This is manufacturing different types of storage media products like: 3.5" Floppy disk, CD-R, CD-RW, DVD-R, DVD+R, DVD-RW, DVD-ROM disk.  It is an ISO 9001: 2000 certified company from DNV. Company is also ISO 14001(EMS) & ISO 18001 certified with Hi-Tech PLC Based NC Machinery`s & equipments imported from Japan, Germany & Switzerland is installed with latest Hi-Tech Engineering tool room. 

Job Profile:

Productivity-Organizing quality activities in the allocated QC modules to ensure least rejection and optimum productivity, deployment of manpower & job assignment. Liaison with other deptt. In charge (QC) & QA Head. Cost-Ensuring follow up of sampling plan and instant & right feedback to related person. Conducting audits on line and appropriate feedback for CAPA to check whether given quality system followed. Safety-To ensure safe inspection activities through training of quality persons. MIS-To compile the shift reports of various defects and inspection activities in all lines of the given module and preparation of MIS. 

Coordination with production to resolve quality issues & rejections. 

Quality Improvement through process control using QC Tools, DOE, FMEA & Process Capability study. 

Attending & reducing Internal Customers Complaints & Communication with Team members & others deptt. 

Ensuring shift activities like equipment performance, IPQC reports & MIS reports, testings, data export & saving, Run & Trend Charts and Eye Chart Updation, 

Maintaining QC documents like TED, Waiver, Equipments Status, Event Calender, SR-TR Record, Line Conversion Details etc 

Ensure timely calibration of QC equipments
