JOB PROFILE:- 

To ensure Incoming Material inspection as per the sampling plan (plastics materials made of P.P, G.P.P.S, A.B.S, P.C, L.D/H.D, NAYLON G/F ETC, spare parts of MOTOR, B.O.C items for assembly of Food mixers, Iron, Juicer mixer & grinder, Food Processor, Wet grinder etc. 

To ensure, QDS for every new drawing & issuing of inspection report on QDS/Quality Report Format. Direct dealing with the vendor along with purchase for quality related issues. Preparation of Vendor rating for the key vendors along with purchase deptt. To prepare survey sheet of the incoming materials with status & action plan for improvement. 

To ensure Quality of inspected materials, What % of items not giving problem on production line. 

Ensuring good quality from vendors (Vendor rating) & Lot acceptance to improve 

To ensure P.Q.C for every staple product & maintain every week & report FOR (with help of exploded view) 

To prepare Corrective Actions for F.O. R. Prioritise, prepare fish-bone diagram for difficult problems, prepare PDCA. 

Out going report (P.D.I) for every appliance and lot acceptance % & To prepare Corrective Actions for problems & faults . 

To take part to perform Application Test appliances every month. 

To take part in Routine Reliability Prepare reliability plan for every month and test accordingly. 

To take part in Bench Marking exercise 

Field Call Rate- Nos of problems solved together with R&D by testing & certifying 

Take part in Testing for product release as per R & D Guidelines .
