Job Responsibilities: 

Selection of vendor based on parts design. 

To improve the process of parts for better quality & cost effective at supplier end. 

Designing the gauges for checking the parts in process of mfg. 

Suggest to vendor for designing the jig & Fixture of new parts. 

Inspection of Jigs & Fixture in time interval to avoid future defect of parts. 

Release Request for Quotation. 

Costing, negotiation and price finalization with logical cost sheet 

Special check in design related defects & give suggestions for correction. 

To send monthly rating to supplier for delivery & quality performance. 

Targeted Cost reduction in product by changing the process or vendor. 

Offload drawing according to supplier capability 

Make the frame agreement with supplier for long terms benefit. 

Making the purchase order for pilot lot through SAP.



Production Trainee

Training taken from Central Tool Room & Training Centre.

Training Description:

One month training in CNC Lathe & Milling department with self operated machines. 

One month training in Assembly of Tools (Mold, Press Tools, Jigs & Fixture) 

Last month training in Quality department handled all types of measuring instrument.
