Presently working at a leading company as Executive ? Q.C [COS] in Gurgaon (Haryana) a well-known company in the field of cosmetics since Feb. 2006.



Previous Engagement:     

I have worked as Sr. Officer (Quality Assurance) in Hamdard Laboratories, Ghaziabad (UP), a well Known industry in the field of Pharmaceuticals (Unani, Ayurvedic & Allopathic Medicine).                              



I have worked as QC-in-charge as well as jointly worked as production in- charge in            S.S.Flexipack Pvt.Ltd, a leading converter (Flexible packaging) industry in the field of   Rotogravure printing in Raipur (C.G).



Job Profile:

Cost Evaluation of Flexible (Laminated) Packaging material, Master carton & Label.

Artwork development and shade card Processing and control.	

Standardization of CFB boxes, Mono cartons, Glass bottles, Plastic Container, PET bottles, Label & Sticker, Strip & Blister packaging.

Maintaining and improving total quality of all incoming Packaging Materials on a regular basis.

Preparing & management of packaging material specification database sheet.

Keeping track of supplier, market and initiating proactive action to safe guard the organization interest.

Getting detailed specification of components for Costing purpose, & Artwork development.   New Vendor Development for Shipper, Label, Sticker & shrink sleeve.	

Development & Quality control of Promotional Items.

Preparing Claims of all new local manufacturing products and send this file to FDA for registration.
